Thank you, I’ve been meaning to send you a message. It’s been very interesting for me, I haven’t felt anxious, however I have been aware of the lack of anxiety. I’m not sure if that makes sense, but I became so used to that daily anxiety that I had a heightened awareness that that feeling wasn’t manifesting. It’s definitely felt good and I’ve felt more confident in myself. I feel hypnosis will be great in assisting whenever I’m needing a boost or have any other concerns that arise. I can’t thank you enough for our session!
