Lee is a very skillful and kind hypnotherapist. I really feel listened to and cared for. I always leave her sessions feeling much better and that I have gained an insight into myself and my relationships with other people. She taught me how to do Trauma Release Exercises and since doing them regularly at home I feel more emotionally stable and more able to cope with stressful situations. When I first learnt to do them, I noticed that when I started to feel upset, frustrated or angry, rather than staying stuck in that emotion and dwelling on it for hours or even days, my mood would suddenly return to a calm rational state and I felt much better.
